True, and perhaps the ruler/city names should be of the viking era to
reflect this. However, I find the Norway == Viking identification quite
useful, as it gives the Vikings a flag and stops city name overlaps, so if
people from other historical viking nations (Denmark and Sweden) don't
mind, I'd like to keep it that way.
