Followup:

It turns out that after we switched the cvs.freeciv.org CVS server
to 1.11.2, access through :pserver: with compression turned on (-z3)
no longer worked.  Without -z3, it still worked normally, but
we have reverted the server for pserver access to 1.11.0.

For :ext: access (which only those with update rights have)
the server is still 1.11.2, which gives you the cvs rlog command.

Let us know if there are any further problems.
