[Freeciv-Dev] Question: Anyone Having Problems Accessing CVS?

Over the past day I've been having a hard time accessing the Freeciv and 
Freeciv v1.14 CVS trees.

Anyone having problems?

I'm trying to update so I can make a diff with my changes for OpenVMS and 
both trees hang on the same file.  I've even completely deleted the trees 
from my system (after saving my changes elsewhere) and still it hangs.

It's hanging on the VMS_BUILD.COM file, which of course I need to diff 
agianst since that's where most of my changes are.

I've tried two different platforms and still the same problem (CVS on 
both OpenVMS and Solaris) and I've checked my network connection (my nice
1.5MEG ADSL)

Any ideas here?  I really want to get my changes for OpenVMS tested and 
submitted before the next release.
