With windows the quakeconsole (quakeworld) was afaik TAB ... but whats
with configurable key-bindings?
With the actuel client configurable keybindings doesn't make that much
sence, but when the number of keybindings is higher it can make sense.
Especially when there are small usermacros.

Why not the ":" without name before? 
The & would be fine too.

Nur weil das Aufzeichnen, Kopieren und Schnüffeln bei elektronischem 
Datenverkehr leichter als bei der klassischen Post ist, darf man es nicht
einfach tun.
