I think asking for a confirmation each time you leave a city is very bad,
I'd be annoyed.  However, a GoTo command which doesn't go when you're
going to run out of points half way, or even run out of fuel, is a good
solution IMO.  Right now GoTo command does something along these lines: if
you have insufficient moves to reach the destination, your bomber will
wait in the city for the turn.  But if you do have enough points to reach
it but not enough fuel to come back, it's gonna go for it, which I think
should change.

I will try to supply a patch to do it with the rest of the air-goto 
changes, apres-release.
