Build the Ghengis Khan's Art of War Wonder, sometimes attributed to Sun
Tzu?

A Horse Archer unit does make sense though, there were such critters. I
had the impression that the "archer" based on Warrior Code may be meant to
represent the English and Japanese Longbowmen rather than normal small
bows but they could represent composite bows too thus be OK for Horse
Archers. Or, you could separate Longbowmen from Composite Bow thus
allowing only the Composite to lead to Horse Archers. Although Samurai do
seem to use longbow from horseback, they could possibly be regarded as a
form of Knights.
