Hmmm.  On further thought, this clause is probably fine (although it did 
appear suspicious at first glance).
I would recommend getting an outside opinion on it before investing any 
work, though.  Most popular licences have such things thoroughly 
explained about them, but for a "specialty" licence like this I'd want 
to be sure.
