Obviously time for a freeciv poll on the website. Which tileset should be left
out? I agree with leaving out the engels tileset, more controversially
I think Freeciv should ship with only one tileset. The others can always
be downloaded later.

Not such a disadvantage, libpng is on every platform Freeciv targets. Just
because it is an additional library is not good enough not to use it.

Bad idea. Let's just go with using libpng.
