I've probably got about another weekend or so in me for running the 
corecleanups in parallel. But corecleanup_08 is likely the last one
for any significant outstanding elements, or non-code related changes.

I'm aiming for a *_07 version by the end of the weekend, and will
possibly add the remaining patches for extended *_iterate, MAP_WRAP
and the mapgen replacement routine to the official submissions queue.

I'm currently testing the merged changes to a CVS-Aug-23. The autogames
have been running for ~15 hours now.
