[Freeciv-Dev] [Update] Happiness display (GTK client)

Yet another update:

- changed button name from "happy" to "happiness", also did the same in 
function and variable names;
- changed the text concerning the number of cities, in the hope that it will 
be easier to understand without being too verbose.
There are more things to add, but it works OK as it is.  Please test and 
commit if there are no more objections.  Thank you.
