[Freeciv-Dev] 7 new free citystyle graphics for isometric view/Hires tilesets

I added 7 new citystyle graphics (in addition to original Hires ones, now 
following
are made available: Minoan (x2, maybe another can be removed), indian, middle 
eastern, 
japanese, russian, and african) to be available for isometric view/hires 
tileset. 
They are all free (not based on civ2 ones, and GPLable). I took them from
Harlan Thompson's collection (hancities.zip), from civfanatics.com. 

I am not sure if all nation bindings are correct, but that shouldn't be a
problem (can be fixed when mistakes are found).

Check it out,

apply
in data-directory instead of freeciv root. It's applied to CVS from
15.2.2001. IMO, it is ready to be aplied to CVS.

BTW, there are many units/modpacks for Civ2, just keep seeking for good
ones and port them to Freeciv!
