I dunno what's going to be the next version number.  About release dates:
it will be released when it's ready :-)  I guess even the Administrator
doesn't precisely know that at this moment of time.

My patch will go into CVS as soon as there are no major objections to it.
I can change some stuff but someone will have to convince me first that i
should change that.  Killing off old clients is one of those things on
which i'll need to be convinced.
On other things i may need less convincing or none at all ;-)
