They will, unless you know Chinese, Aztec and other names in
native laguages. Anyway, good argument for i18n, because
personally, I don't want to have choice of: English, Deutch,
Francais, Hellenoi, Magyar, Russkiye and so on. (Excuse any
typing mistakes).
So, internationalization of nation names is a minimum. Leaders
and cities should follow, though this will be more difficult
as not all of them will have national versions.
To have something to begin, a patch with nation names marked
included.
