[Freeciv-Dev] The Finns Patch / Tiny Minor Little Fixes

Here comes the Finns patch to those interested. (Now the ruler has been
changed to Linus as suggested :) You've got to fetch a new tiles.xpm with
the Finnish flag (unless you want to play w/ the Danish one...). It's
available at
        http://www.ee.oulu.fi/~mikak/freeciv/


I also include a patch to fix a couple of tiny mistakes:

When you've got an embassy say at a Mongol city and they research something
the announcement is somewhat literally

..the Mongol has Researched...

I think that should use the plural form (and lowercase) like 

..the Mongol have researched...


The other fix is about my mail address :)
