I don't think it would be a good idea to include the CSA since it was
never recognized by anyone as a nation.  On the same note, the Nazi
Third Reich was not a nation.  Once again, WE ALREADY HAVE A GERMANY.

Shouldn't Godwin's Law have been invoked a long time ago?
