the AI, even in this beta7, is soooo much confused about when and where build a wonder. He is really determined to build it, but does not understand how to do that.

when I want to build a wonder, i choose a well-protected city (both in a peaceful area and with a lots of units protecting it), with a high production rate (iron and mines help), i raise his production rate to the top (even losing some food if necessary), and if i can i send it some caravans/freights.

i suppose he doesn't do any of theese things :/

i receive lots of messages of cities starting to build a wonder and changing idea. He always looses large amounts of production and time this way. Sometimes he also starts to build the same wonder in two cities, and things like that.

I suppose that none of theese behaviours is intentional?
