Computer Vibration Noise:::

What do you use to help reduce vibration noise on your PC??

I have a PC which I guess from age has started having vibration noise which 
is close to the sound of 'Finger Nails On Chalk Board'!!

I have for the most part eliminated that it is a failing fan or storage 
drive....

Any suggestions??
