What is making the vibration?  Is it the power supply or one of the 
fans?  Sometimes it is just easier on you just to replace a noisy power 
supply or fan.  That's why I gave up on the hard drive coolers.  The 
fans became too noisy after about a year and I just couldn't stand the 
noise levels any more.  ~Anne
