It all sounds well and good ....but did you notice the Service 
Activation Requirement ?   It states "There is a $9.95 monthly service 
fee , or a one-time service activation fee of  $250 (in addition to the 
retail price)" of $299 list minus the rebates.
That alone would turn me off big time.  Sounds like a rich mans toy.  I 
am not one of the rich people.  I could think of a lot of better ways to 
spend my dollars.
