The point of the article was that such commercial use of the support
services has always been outside the terms of the free service.  However
people were using it that way in violation of the terms of the contract
they had with Redhat.  Redhat is simply making it more difficult to do
that in hope that people will do the right thing and honor their contract
with Redhat.

Stealing cable is harder than it used to be too.
