You are very right and the school districts are not wanting to pay a lot 
of money to get them trained.  The schools use 'Policy  Editor' in 
windows to lock the computers down and restrict kids from doing all 
kinds of things with the computers.  Wouldn't locking down the computer 
be easier in linux?  ~Anne
