Check out http://www.thelinuxstore.com/ and the PIA.  You get a Celeron
366, 32MB, 2.1GB HD, 8MB video, 16 bit soundcard, 56K modem, NIC,
keyboard, and mouse for $350.  It also comes with Netscape and
WordPerfect.  Maybe that is more in your range.
