$45 per month plus having a cable bill too is kinda steap...Not to
mention the almost $100 install charge... That's a chunck of change for
the first year ($640 total costs plus the $240 you'd spend for cable). 
If you are like me, and don't have cable to start with, that's almost
$900! Ouch!

You know they are making a lot of dough at that rate...  1st they
already have the connection inside your house paid for through the bill
for TV service... 2nd they don't have much more overhead than say,
Netcom, who's price for the level of service described is somewhat
lower, (About $30/month).  I'd say that they are looking at about
$20/per user/per month more profit than Netcom because they don't have
the phone line expense and you are paying them $5/month for the modem...

What would an ISDN line cost?  Say $400 to install then $200 per month
for single chanel dial up access and line charges? For a total of just
under $3,000 the first year.  It would be slower too.
