The setting is:

Edit -> Preferences -> Mail & Groups -> Messages

Uncheck the option to send HTML messages by defaults.

Then, click More Options and set "Always convert the message into
Plain Text".

Although I did notice that the web archiving software I'm using can
now understand HTML-mail, interesting...
