Quite right!
Look at this:
-rw-rw-r-- 1 daemon daemon 6800 Mar 31 00:02 aclug-l.9803
-rw-rw-r-- 1 daemon daemon 39509 Apr 25 10:39 aclug-l.9804
-rw-rw-r-- 1 majordom daemon 6371 May 26 08:52 aclug-l.9805
-rw-rw-r-- 1 majordom daemon 110944 Jun 30 00:13 aclug-l.9806
-rw-rw-r-- 1 majordom daemon 95394 Jul 31 20:26 aclug-l.9807
-rw-rw-r-- 1 majordom daemon 362170 Sep 4 18:29 aclug-l.9808
-rw-rw-r-- 1 majordom daemon 770777 Sep 17 18:04 aclug-l.9809
That is, in March, there were about 7k of posts. Now, a bit over
halfway through September, we have already accumulated over ten times
that much. It's quite exciting indeed!
In addition to this, there have been 108 hits to the archives at
http://www.complete.org/mailinglists/archives/, not bad for a URL that
has been advertised nowhere but here and has only existed for about a
week. I'm hoping to get a search engine going soon. The one that's
there doesn't work right, and it's non-free, so I'm going to see if
htDig is going to be powerful enough. Hope so!

Yes!
Plus, in this list, you get to see a lot of different solutions to the
problem -- one person may have one idea, another person a different
one, etc. I made my first visit to the Boeing Surplus Center on
Wednesday thanks to phrostie's hinting that I can find something good
there. Didn't find anything I need, but I'll certainly go back next
week.
(What days do they get the new stuff again, Keith? Is it only
Wednesdays?)
