A topic I have seen a lot of traffic on this list a lot and something I
don't think there has been a metting on (forgive me if I'm wrong.) Is
setting up a Windoze based network to access the Internet through a linux
box. I have plenty of both personal (win machine's gone now 'cept one) and
commercially (I have setup several business's in this way.) and would be
glad to help lead a meeting on the topic. We could tie in ppp setup,
diald, ip masquerading, ip firewalling, email setup, and such. One other
positive thing about this topic is due to the install fest last month I am
sure we have plenty of users who either can't get online or don't fully
understand how it works do to the fact someone else just set it up for
them. Two topics I would like to see in the future would be SAMBA, and
another one on WABI/WINE. These are two topics I am interested in and just
haven't had the time/need to do indepth research into them.
