In Linux:

cat /proc/interrupts

(Assuming that all these devices are setup in Linux!)

You may have to, eg, modprobe sound, before it will report the status
of the sound.

Other useful things:

cat /proc/devices
cat /proc/modules
cat /dev/sndstat

If you have Windows installed, and you're just trying to get Linux to
recognize your devices, you can coerce Windows to tell you actual
details about your hardware...

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> Device Mangler

If I remember correctly.
