David,

They both appeared to come from you. I had not looked at the detailled
header before I deleted them so I don't actually know where it
originated, but it did come thru the aclug.org list.
This is the short header

And, yes i know the return address can be spoofed easily, I just did not
get the detailed header to look at.

I am glad your NAV caught it for you.
I am using Linux/mozilla for my mail so the klez, nimda, etc are not as
much a worry for me.
