Try: /sbin/ipchains -F 
or 
/sbin/ipchains -F input
/sbin/ipchains -F forward
/sbin/ipchains -F output

/sbin/ipchains --list 
shows you state of chains.
Check documentation to your switch also.
Has it any configuration interface?
