I just installed a new hard drive, and cd-rom, the hard drive I had no
problems with other than I cannot accessit unless I am root. the cd rom
however is not being recognized by the system at all for some reason. I
can use the cd-rw just fine. Although some of the software in linux will
not work with it. I bought it at a computer surplus store on s.
hillside. MTRP is the brand. I cannot get linux to recognize it at all.
Any suggestions?
