Yes I saw the error in my bcc, Red Hat 7.0 plus some "patches."
This is a dial up connection as you probably assumed with the
att.net address.
Chrony and ntpd, ok I'll look at them. It seems to me that I
messed with ntpd some time ago but had some trouble understanding
the man file ... if only they gave a few examples of typical
commands!
