After a lot of messing around searching for ntpdate I finally
learned that RH-7 uses "rdate" which appears to do the trick.
rdate -s -p tock.usno.navy.mil
-s sets time, presumably adjusts clock
-p prints to screen
I simply made a script file to do this when I think of it.
