1. You need to make sure that the directory /var/spool/lpd/lp exists

2. You need to fix the if line to point to the actual filter file that
   you want to use, probably if=/home/magic/magic-1.2.orig/filters/cdj670


Are you sure that you have printer support in your kernel?
