If wish is not installed (thus the 'make: wish command not found'), it would
make sense that there's no man page for it, either.

Perhaps install the package containing wish.  Or don't use xconfig (I prefer
menuconfig anyway).

How you determine which package contains wish, I really couldn't tell you,
since I don't use Mandrake.
