No, it means that it *isn't* implemented. The syntax would be facultative
only, i.e., only servers that understand the syntax should be generating
selectors that look like that. The intention is exactly to make it optional
and only where supported. GopherS probably would never support it, and that's
fine. However, a future version of Bucktooth could (and might) -- but it's
irrelevant to GopherS, because only Bucktooth servers would offer such
selectors in their menus, and a GopherS server would never need to worry
about it because it doesn't.
