This reminds me: can we remove the maxplayers and minplayers
variables? I don't see the point in having them.
I have seen one use of minplayers: it is used on public servers to prevent
newbies fromn popping in and starting the game right away. There must
be a better way to address this. (Using 'first come' permissions?)
