An idea on how to evolve the Civ concept: Agricultural and Nomadic civs.

Here's some preliminary concepts:

- Add tech 'Agriculture' that is a prereq for irrigation.
- If you research Agriculture first, you become an agricultural civ; research Horseback Riding first and you become a nomadic civ. - Terrain and specials give different bonuses depending on your alignment: i.e. Buffalo gives 3 food if you're nomadic, 1 if you're agricultural. The situation is reversed for Wheat etc.
- Nomadic civs has the power to turn a city into a settler instantly.
- Nomadic settler is 0/2/2
- Agricultural cities get +1 trade from irrigation (maybe depending on government.)
- Agricultural worker is 0/2/2
- etc.

The overall concept is that, at the beginning of the game, you scout out your neighborhood and decide on your alignment depending on terrain. If you are able to successfully 'adapt' to your surroundings, you will get an edge in the early game.

Thoughts? :)

Daniel
