Another Win32 package issue: the executables lacks icons! This is 
reported here as well:

...which brings me to another question: We need a new icon for Freeciv 
that 1. is hi-res - for OSX etc - and 2. looks reasonably good and is 
recognizable in low-res as well. Right now, different builds for 
different platforms often use different (or no!) icons.
There were a icon thread at the forums with a few contributions, and 
some were looking quite good...
