Great. I'll make a brief presentation of the newly introduced nations
here then.

The Uyghurs, Manchu and Tibetans are three nations that are more or
less a part of China proper today. The Uyghurs are a Turk people and
the Manchus are related to the Mongols and Koreans. The Tibetan nation
is perhaps the best known in the West of these three, and shouldn't be
controversial.

Uyghur flag is that of Turkestan, a presumptive region in Central Asia.
It's very similar to the Turkey flag, but with blue background and
without the thin white stripe on the left. Manchu flag is the imperial
banner of the Qing dynasty, the last imperial dynasty of China. Qing
dynasty was established by Manchu warlords after conquering the Ming
dynasty in the 17th centry. This dynasty was also called the Great
Manchu Empire and all emperors were ethnically Manchu.

Uyghur city names are historical and modern cities in Xinjiang province
of China. Manchu cities were collected from a demographic report of the
20th century Japanese puppet state of Manchukuo (Qing cities are taken
by Chinese nation and earlier records are difficult to find.) Tibetan
cities are from a historical map of Tibet, complemented with modern
Tibetan cities.

Ryukyans (or Luchuans) are the native people of Okinawa, now a part of
the kingdom of Japan. Read more in it's original ticket.

Sami (or Lapp) are a semi-nomadic people in Scandinavia; theoretically
related to the Finns. Sapmi (the name of the Sami nation) flag is
official and adopted by the Sami Parliament in Norway. Cities are
collected from a map of northern Scandinavia and carefully researched.

Australian Aborigines are the major First Nation of Australia (surprise
surprise) and Maori is the First Nation of New Zealand. City names are
a random selection of village names from Australia and New Zealand
respectively. Flags are official but very recent: Both were adopted in
the 90's.

The Lankese are the people of Sri Lanka, an island country south off
the coast of India.

Iraqi and Cuban are both modern nations. So are Tunisian, Sudanese,
Libyan and Algerian; all four modern North African nations.

Attaching a new patch that will fit the latest CVS. Hoping for the
best. :-)

Daniel

P.S. Don't forget to remove columbian.ruleset and rename current
iraq_old.svg -> iraq.svg D.S.
