It wasn't me, it was just one AI player who didn't do anything
particular, he just had a bad luck.

Maybe AI should not expand its alliance if it is already allied with 66%
of the world (in terms of strength).

Something can be done with shared visions, players should be penalized
for taking shared vision without giving their vision back. The same with
embassies.
