For this to be possible the client needs to be able to change its 
tileset without help from the user: load a list of all tilesets, compare 
capabilities or flags on each, and pick the best matching one. 
Currently this is not possible since the client will crash at the first 
tileset it comes to with a non-matching capability.  However I'm working 
to fix this.
