I have improved translations and you may now see from PNG #1 (attached) that
it is possibly not the worklist dialog that causes this; look at the last
column of the right table: it is definitly wider than necessary.

As for Adam Smith's, these are somewhat historic names for the wonders, and
I'm all but sure that we should change it.

Also, for the governor enable button, can you put the symbol at the left
(instead of on top) of the button text, so that a 2 line text would not
stretch the height of the tab (see PNG #2 attached).
