[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#12117) default events for message dialog need fixing

This is for 2.0 specifically.

The events shown by default in the messages window need fixing.  In
particular the "will soon grow" message should absolutely be disabled.

Try deleting or moving your .civclientrc file and start a new game.  See
how far you can get without changing the messages dialog.  Probably not
very far.  And for a newbie the messages dialog is pretty incomprehensible.
