With the ruleset patch, Oracle doesn't seem to affect unhappiness caused by
aggressive military units. Is this supposed to be the case? In the client
(2.0.0-beta3), the Happiness tab of the city display lists Oracle under
Buildings rather than Wonders.

I have a game with Mysticism and Oracle in which a city of size 6 has an
unhappy citizen, due to a single aggressive military unit. This isn't what I
would have expected given the documentation for Temple which simply says "With
both Mysticism and the Oracle, 4 citizens are made content."
