  Compared against current CVS rulesets:

Default:
1. No workers - But I believe this is intentional, so we keep 
compatibility to 1.14.1 savegames, not to recent CVS saves.
2. Pikeman instead of Pikemen

Civ2:
1. Pikeman instead of Pikemen
2. AWACS added to end - ok.

History: Same as Civ2

Civ1:
1. Pikeman instead of Pikemen
2. Array ends into comma
