[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#7406) Three errors, when you conquer a city that was yours.

1) I relate him like it was: I started a game with 30 enemies, I was the 
Argentineans, after some turns,I conquer the whole island, then the scotch 
arrived and they conquered me a city, they had but technology that me, for 
example: I had fusiliers, and they already had cruises, after some long 
battles, I reconquer my old city, in the menu of the city (and here the 
error comes) they were building a cruise, I leaves it to prove if it built 
it (in my other citys it could not build it), after some turns there was: 
the cruise!, the game showed some error messages like that that was not 
available, but the game don't fix the bug and I had a cruise, and what was 
worse, was that it could continue building it (alone in that city).
2) the other error was that when it reconquers that city, she gave me a 
technology that depended on other smaller technologies that I didn't have 
them, it was the technology to build: Bombardiers and Carriers, when I newly 
was beginning to build fusiliers.
3) The last bug it is something of smaller importance, it is an error (I 
believe) of translation, when I attack an unit or they attack me an unit: 
the message that shows is the following one:
"Te han destruido un $s la unidad $s de los $s$s" not exactly with those 
words, but the error is that: it doesn't show the name of the unit that has 
gotten lost, the unit that attacks, and of who was, It just show $s (for the 
name of the unit) and $s$s (for the name of the civilization)
