Hello,
I saw a new build in the CVS and downloaded it, but what a disappointment - it
still has the old bug! Is there no way to commit your changes to the CVS???

This patch fixes the problem. Apparently, the problem was that the
correct bitmap was not selected into the context. Additionally, the
function was drawing outlines instead of filled-in rectangles.
This patches also fixes the related problem of gridlines not working in
trident and removes a compiler warning.
