Insert/Delete still work. I did not keep PageUp/PageDown for the simple
reason those keys are already used for something else: scrolling up and
down one page of the list. Same thing for Home/End.

Use Alt+Up/Down instead of PageUp/PageDown.

We should not change the default GTK+ 2.0 keybindings to something else
if we can help it. People like to be able to use the same keybindings
across programs. Each program defining the keyboard shortcuts its own
way is one of the things that annoy me in Linux. UIs should be consistent.

It is possible. Only thing is the keybindings changed and the
documentation hasn't been updated.
