Hi,

when using autogen.sh :

+ checking for xgettext >= 0.10.36 ... ./autogen.sh: line 84: [:
-tools): integer expression expected
./autogen.sh: line 86: [: -tools): integer expression expected
found -tools), ok.
+ checking for msgfmt >= 0.10.36 ... ./autogen.sh: line 84: [: -tools):
integer expression expected
./autogen.sh: line 86: [: -tools): integer expression expected
found -tools), ok.
+ using new autoconf configuration (use --disable-autoconf2.52 to use
old)
+ creating acinclude.m4
+ running aclocal ...
+ running autoheader ...
configure.ac:8: warning: do not use m4_patsubst: use patsubst or
m4_bpatsubst
configure.ac:721: warning: do not use m4_regexp: use regexp or
m4_bregexp
+ running autoconf ...

when compiling that later:

source='packets.c' object='packets.o' libtool=no \
depfile='.deps/packets.Po' tmpdepfile='.deps/packets.TPo' \
depmode=gcc3 /bin/sh ../depcomp \
gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I../intl    -g -O2 -Werror -Wall
-Wpointer-arith -Wcast-align -Wmissing-prototypes -Wmissing-declarations
-c `test -f packets.c || echo './'`packets.c
packets.c: In function `get_packet_from_connection':
packets.c:203: Warnung: dereferencing type-punned pointer will break
strict-aliasing rules
packets.c: In function `receive_packet_goto_route':
packets.c:3105: Warnung: dereferencing type-punned pointer will break
strict-aliasing rules
