Hello,

I think that The Apollo Program should only reveal the map, but not
remove the fog of war.

IMHO this is also more realistic:

Astronauts can see earth's geography and make photos of it, and they
can see city positions at night, but Apollo isn't a spy satellite
program, so it's correct that you can't see enemy units.
